Founder & Creative Director of Rose Co By Design

With a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration from the esteemed Sydney Design School, Ishoa brings a refined eye and over two decades of client facing experience to her studio. Her background in customer service and relationship management seamlessly blends with over 5 years of experience in the design industry making her a thoughtful, intuitive, and grounded designer. 

At Rose Co By Design, Ishoa specialises in translating her client's personal aesthetics and aspirations into spaces that feel curated, cohesive, and quietly encapsulating. Her process is collaborative by nature merging considered design principles with individual style to craft interiors that are both beautiful and deeply personal. Design concept married with precision documentation is at the forefront of each design application. Ishoa enjoys to keep in touch with chosen trades to create a seamless design to build connection. 

When not immersed in design, Ishoa finds inspiration through travel and shared experiences with her young family, always collecting textures, tones, and stories from the world around her.
